Love the Peter Pan collar and heavy weight cotton

The fabric is very nice and the stitching is great. The cut is really, really large, and I found the collar to be large also (I think to be in proportion with the roomy cut of the blouse). I'm 5'6" and 140 lbs, and the blouse was approximately 2-3 sizes too big for me. I'd say it could even be considered a plus-sized item.

Only one size is available, so the seller wasn't able to offer an exchange for a better fit. But mostly this is disappointing because she charges a "restocking fee." So in addition to paying my own return postage, a percentage will be deducted from my refund.

I think there could be an improvement either in the description or in the return policy.
